Vast and detail knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, client handling, sales & revenue management. Because of long tenure in hotel industry she keeps a good hold in the all small big Hotel Brands (like ITC, Hyatt, Ramada, Marriott, Radisson, Ananta, Lemon Tree, Sarovar Portico, Clarks etc) in terms of package rate fluctuation and hotel operation and vendor handling.
